Submission of forms for admissions are now closed.
Parents who have submitted the form online will have to print the submitted form and submit the printed form along with the documents mentioned below at Villa Theresa High School office on 21st January 2013 / 22nd January 2013 from 8:00 am to 12 noon along with an admission form fee of Rs.500 (payable in cash only)
Parents will be sent an email informing them on which date(21st January or 22nd Janaury) they need to submit the below documents to the school. Parents must ensure to visit the school with the required documents only on their alloted day.
1.Passport size photo of the child to be pasted on the form
2.Photocopy of the Child's Birth Certificate
3.Address Proof(Ration Card/Passport/Drivers License/Electricity Bill/Aadhar Card)
4.Photocopy of Parent's Academic Qualifications
5.In case the child is a catholic please submit the Baptism Certificate of the child
Please note that no forms will be issued in the school
TO APPLY FOR ADMISSION IT IS NECESSARY THAT THE CHILD HAS COMPLETED 3.6 YEARS BY 1st JUNE 2013
